On Thursday, Nov. 1, 2012, a new surgical clinic opens in the Medical Office Building at Chatham Hospital. UNC Health Care surgeons will operate in the year-old, nearly 4,000 square foot space. Surgeries will take place once or twice a week for the following specialty areas – ophthalmology; general surgery; ear, nose and throat; and gynecology.
